How it Started

Cory Iniguez started her entrepreneurial journey fresh out of college  when she was working for a few agencies that left her feeling creatively unfulfilled. She said, “I decided to explore working for myself as a solution.” With that decision, Dandyline Designs was open for business.

Work with WEV

Cory had no doubt that she was great at her craft but felt there was a gap in her business skills that she says WEV helped her fill.  I always say I would not be where I am today without WEV. I knew how to make things look pretty but I had no clue how to run a business. WEV’s  program was structured just right to not feel overwhelming, and I came away with a vision and a plan that has guided me the last 14-years.

What’s Next

Having fired her biggest client in 2022 upon realizing they no longer aligned, she is proud of staying true to her values. Now she is focused on tackling the obstacle of growing her business in a way that will not leave her feeling uninspired and will encourage  her to stretch out of her comfort zone. Being good at what you do is wonderful, but nobody is going to come knocking at your door unless you put yourself out there first. Networking and staying active in your community are so important for growth.  Over the last 14 years, I have built my business to be mostly referral based which is great. It’s not an easy journey, but there’s nothing else I would rather do,” said Cory.
