Ashley Ortega

Ashley Ortega was drawn to business ownership as a way to be more present for her daughter. In 2021, she opened Tiny Bear Paws, a childcare business in Lompoc.

Ashley came to WEV through our partnership with Children’s Resource and Referral network of Santa Barbara. She took  our Emprendimiento course and said, “The classes I took from WEV helped me so much in so many different areas of my business. I am still a new business owner, so it’s been a tough and sometimes stressful navigation for me. WEV helped me feel more confident in running a business”
