After a career in international development overseas and in Washington DC, Ashley relocated with her family to Santa Barbara in 2017, at which time she launched a training consulting business. Ashley delivered a training for WEV as a consultant and instantly felt a connection. Her personal experience as an entrepreneur equips her with the empathy to truly understand the resource needs and challenges of running your own small business.
