Tiffany Buchanan is a pastry chef and small business owner. She studied her craft at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and spent several years working in fine dining restaurants as a pastry chef in the Bay Area and Southern California. She also has worked for Starbucks Coffee Company as a new store specialist with a focus on training and placing managers. She has spent the last three years starting up and growing her own gourmet frozen treat business. Her product line of gourmet popsicles and bon-bons, Freezer Monkeys, is in several locations including Whole Foods Markets. She has helped numerous local foodies get started on their food product businesses. Tiffany loves being in the food industry and spending time with her two boys.
She is an award winning Sales and Marketing Specialist with a passion and expertise for driving new business development. She launched her coaching business after enjoying many years of success working with some of the top Fortune 500 companies in the United States.
She empathetically uses a vast compilation of dedicated listening and dialogue approaches to coach and train individuals and organizations around the globe. Technology has enabled Paula to work one on one with clients throughout the world. She tailors a program for each client based on their individual business needs. Her techniques, based on the premise of mutual respect, understanding and confidentiality have produced solid results for businesses seeking to increase revenue and gain market share.

In 2007, she opened Vast Collections Group a workers’ compensation collections company servicing medical practices and surgery centers throughout the state of California. We provide the litigation between the medical facilities and the insurance companies.
Paula was born in England, and now resides in Ventura, California with her family where she is an active board member with Laubach Literacy of Ventura County, Inc. Here too she has demonstrated her intense love of the “art” of the sale by shaping fund-raising strategies through grass roots events. In 2007, Paula accepted a position with Women’s Economic Ventures (WEV) teaching women to how to start their own business.
She holds a masters degree in business from one of the top 25 universities in California.
