Women’s Economic Ventures (WEV) seeks a full-time Spanish Program Officer based in its Santa Barbara office to start in late January. WEV is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating a just and equitable society through the economic empowerment of women. The ideal candidate is an organized and enterprising individual who will develop, manage and expand WEV’s Spanish-language programs across Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties. The Program Officer is a key member of the program team, responsible for setting and achieving annual goals and ensuring program quality.

Full-time, Salaried/Exempt $50,000-60,000/year, depending on experience. Full benefits after 90-day introductory period including health, vision & dental insurance, Simple IRA match plan, vacation & sick days, life & disability insurance.
