The Thrive Program Coordinator is an organized and innovative individual who assists with coordination, planning, and implementation of WEV’s Thrive program which helps Thrive clients stabilize and grow their businesses. This position is an active member of the program team, focusing on strengthening programs through program marketing and outreach, managing volunteer support, client enrollment and onboarding, and event coordination. Our Program Coordinator develops strong customer relationships, and provides our clients with a valuable and supportive experience. This position also supports additional projects as needed.

The Program Coordinator reports to the Thrive Program Manager. Consults with CEO in absence of Thrive Program Manager.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education: University degree or relevant work experience
Compensation: $17.00 – $19.00/hr. depending on experience. Benefits include health, vision & dental insurance, Simple IRA match plan, vacation & sick days, life & disability insurance.
