Women’s Economic Ventures (WEV) is seeking a full-time Program Coordinator based in its Santa Barbara or Ventura office.
The Thrive Program Coordinator is a proactive, organized, and innovative individual who assists with coordination, planning, administration, and implementation of WEV’s Thrive program which helps Thrive clients stabilize and grow their businesses. This position is an active member of the program team, focusing on strengthening programs through client enrollment, program marketing and outreach, working with program volunteers, and event coordination. Our Program Coordinator develops strong client relationships, and provides them with a valuable and supportive experience. This position also supports additional projects as needed.

The Program Coordinator reports to the Thrive Program Manager. Consults with CEO in absence of Thrive Program Manager.
Compensation: $17.00 – $22.00/hr. depending on experience. Benefits include health, vision & dental insurance, Simple IRA match plan, vacation & sick days, life & disability insurance.
