Natalija Glusac is a serial Entrepreneur who has created, built, and sold her own businesses. For two decades, she has been working with other business owners to help them leverage their strengths while recognizing where additional support is needed to reach their individual goals. Natalija has also taught business concepts and accounting to a wide variety of audiences, from retired grandmothers to materials engineers, at such institutions as Santa Barbara Business College, UC Santa Barbara, and WEV.

Natalija serves Thrive members with a tool chest of strong fundamentals, and the practical ability to apply those tools to solve real issues that arise in real businesses. She has a unique perspective developed through her work in fields as diverse as nonprofit and government organizations, technology and arts startups, and materials development in photovoltaics and is able to completely ignore “the box” when challenges call for creative solutions.

Natalija spent several years as a cost accountant, auditor, and business advisor after earning a Bachelor’s degree from UC Santa Barbara in Economics with minors in Philosophy and Political Science. She then continued her education, earning a Master’s degree from the Bren School of Environmental Science & Management in the fields of Political Economy of the Environment and Corporate Environmental Management and pursuing a PhD in Economics and Materials development from UC Santa Barbara and UC Los Angeles.
