Taylor joined the WEV team in July 2021 as the Small Business Advisory Program Officer. Her primary role is to provide support to the Advisory Clients, Business Advisors, and Volunteers through relational investment, program development, and impact measurement. Prior to working with WEV, Taylor worked within the nonprofit sector as a Program Manager where she developed community programs, managed database systems, and tracked program impact. Taylor attained her master’s degree in Development Management at London School of Economics and Political Science where she focused her studies on the economic empowerment of trafficked women through employment in Kathmandu, Nepal. In addition, Taylor has an undergraduate degree in Business Finance at Seattle Pacific University. When Taylor is not working with inspiring individuals at WEV, you can find her hiking, camping, playing volleyball, surfing, creating pottery or poetry, and eating delicious food with good friends.
