Speaker Bios:


Alyse Hart - CEO of “Sell It Like A Woman” is an entrepreneurial and executive sales coach, trainer and business development expert. She’s spent over 20 years refining her skills and quickly working her way up the corporate ladder to become one of the youngest VP of sales at a trade publishing company where they sold national advertising space. There she hired and trained a team of top performing women and now coaches clients from all backgrounds to reach their full sales potential.


Wendy Barlin, CPA. Wendy Barlin is more than an accountant. Her expertise is advising people to better manage their business with financial and operational strategies, time and resource analyses and income tax planning.

Her professional experience spans more than 10 years in industries as diverse as hospitality, entertainment, manufacturing and the retail industry. Together with her international business background and experience in foreign trade, Wendy brings rich  sources of information to her clients global businesses. She and her team provide a full range of advisory services, accounting, bookkeeping and income tax compliance services. Wendy is committed to her clients' success. Whether developing strategic operational plans, negotiating with banks or vendors, analyzing cash flow or  projecting income taxes, she ensures that all financial decisions lead to greater profits.

Diana Starr Langley attended University of Michigan Business School, and started her own medical company in ophthalmology at age 25. The company put the first UV protection in sunglasses, eyeglasses, and intraocular lenses. Diana started and sold various other companies and product lines over a 25- year career, selling the last of the companies at age 44. She is currently involved in Hyperbaric Chambers for accelerated healing, serves on the board of several charities including CASA, and buys and manages numerous retail companies in Crested Butte, Colorado.

Shon Bjornberg has over 18 years experience in sales, sales management and marketing.  During this time he helped many companies achieve dominance in their perspective markets.  Along with Shon’s sales and management experience he is known for being an energetic and engaging speaker, having trained 1000’s of sales people.   Shon was introduced to the Sandler System while he was the Director of Sales and Marketing for a multi-million dollar company.  Both Shon and his sales team went through the Sandler System training.  Applying what they learned, they more than tripled sales within a few years.  Believing in the Sandler System so much, Shon purchased his own Sandler franchise in 2005. 

Randie Hilliard made her first batch of soap as a hobby more than 15 years ago.  And what a batch it was… “Palmolive has nothin’ on me” she declared. She was so impressed by what she had made. It was an art! And, it was her art.

Today, Randie’s soap has been celebrated in national publications like Natural Home and Natural Health.   Her goal is to create exceptional, unrefined, handmade bath and body care products made with ingredients of natural origins,  in their simplest, most unrefined form… products that are free of artificial colors, fragrances and preservatives.  Simple pleasures that are as good for our planet as they are for your skin.
