WEV's microloan fund provides start-up loans of up to $25,000 and expansion loans of up to $50,000 to pre-bankable businesses. WEV staff provides loan consultations and loan packaging assistance.

IDAs - Individual Development Accounts (Start-up to Launch)
Qualifying clients can access a savings incentive program that provides low-income entrepreneurs with an opportunity to finance business start-ups or expansions through equity rather than debt. Savings of up to $2,000 are matched equally with private and public funds.
