MasterMind Groups

MasterMind is a peer accountability group open to Self-Employment Training graduates. Groups are composed of 6-8 participants, formed in weeks 12, 13 and 14 of class. 

Mastermind uses an established format wherein each participant reports progress made during the prior week, asks for help on specific issues, and sets goals for the upcoming week. Members provide each other support as they move forward with business planning or expansion.

Groups meet once a week for one hour, and are encouraged to make a commitment to meet for at least six months. Some groups have continued to meet for over five years!
