The Licensing Agreement
For an annual Licensing Fee you will be authorized to reproduce up to 200 copies per year of the "Planning for Business Success" curriculum workbook for use within your training program.

You will receive up to 12 hours per year of telephone technical assistance. Additional hours will be billed at $50 per hour.

The licensing fee shall remain at the agreed rate for three years. At that time, Women's Economic Ventures has the right to renegotiate the fee.

You shall not sell copies of the curriculum/workbook to persons outside your self-employment training program.

You are responsible for providing all supplemental supplies and materials for the curriculum/workbook, including, but not limited to binders, chapter dividers and supplemental reading materials (articles, local resources, etc.)
