For years, Tiffany wanted to start her own business in the food and beverage industry, but couldn’t decide what her focus should be. While taking WEV’s Self-Employment Training course in 2011, she had an “aha!” moment and realized her passion was frozen desserts. A few months later she launched Freezer Monkeys. Her all-natural, gourmet frozen treats can be found at several Whole Foods locations from Santa Barbara to Los Angeles and at local farmer’s markets. Tiffany’s love for what she does combined with the education she received from WEV have helped make her business a success.
